We are developing a broadly based media project including a documentary television series, book and CD ROM . The aim of the project is to discuss how the concept of family evolved as a key differentiator for Homo Sapiens, to examine the complex array of instinctive behaviour of the human species and the evolutionary purpose of these behaviours, and how humans and specifically "The Family" is faring in the 21st Century across different cultures.
